1.) The Ohio University Hockey Team: There are 25 guys on the team that all have a common goal and interest to win games and to play hockey. There are plays and drill on our team that people outside of the team wouldn't understand. We have our own type of lingo and way of speaking. We practice 3 times a week and play 2 games a weekend. We are together all of the time and we hangout outside of the ice rink frequently.
2.) Learning community: 20 people that I am in the same sociology, Iart, and UC 1000 classes with them. We have inside jokes that other people wouldn't understand. We are with each other frequently and have many outside of the classroom experiances such a trips to the ridges, an art gallery, and to help make puppets for the Halloween parade.
