Source for Paper

This article does a very good job at looking at both speaking and writing and how each our effective and ineffective in their own ways. I chose this as a source because it covers exactly what my paper is about. Writing and speaking our two types of communication that change every day. In my pursuit of becoming a business marketing major I think this source will help me learn about both speaking and writing while also showing me different ways to use both reading and writing.
